Love this. So easy and so good! A little splash of liqueur in sparkling mineral water with ice is lovely (i'm not a fan of sweet drinks) and the jam is fabulous! Thanks for bumping this one Marina  :)

I'm making this again. DS24 appeared with a bottle of gin asking me to make some more liqueur and jam :D

I've been using the strawberries in Eton Mess over the holidays - adding a splash of the liquor in as well = lots of happy guests!
