Re-visiting this one as I made it recently.

I used the Taste of Vegetarian curry powder recipe and it was divine!! I didn't have any pumpkin, so didn't put that in, also used frozen peas and just put them in the Thermoserver and poured the curry on top, mixed and let it sit for a bit.

I didn't add the extra chilli and also made my curry powder with only one teaspoon dried chilli flakes. Still yummo.

I think the addition of the pumpkin would be just too much for the jug. The amount I had in there without it was perfect.

Thumbs up for this one.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Yum. I'm developing a definite taste for most foods Indian.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have made this many, many times and find as long as the total quantity in gms of potato, pumpkin and carrots is the same it doesn't seem to matter what amounts I use of each.  I only use kent pumpkin if that makes any difference I doubt though.  I have the MC tilted for this recipe.  Keep trying different ways, this is a favourite and when you make your own curry powder it is even better ;D
