Well done not so sure. You'll have to change the thread to not disappointed!!!!
Also, Jo, why cant we have anyone like you in Melbourne who does an allergy type demo ie offer a cooking class etc for coeliacs/ gluten free etc. Apart from those of us who are genuinely Coeliac, a lot of people are adopting a free diet as a lifestyle choice of eating and I think a specific class for TM owners or prospective owners in this area would be wonderful.

I think it's important to have separate classes for people who have allergies, or just are interested in a healthier way of eating! I do one each month, if possible. I've been asked by a few people to hold one in Perth when I go over in February - but I'm sure there are other consultants out there who could do the same thing... Maybe we should ask Head Office about organizing a few classes like this in the different areas. There are so many people I meet who have bought a Thermomix for this kind of cooking, and I know they'd appreciate the help! I have another demo coming up for a family whose daughter has a severe nut allergy - This lady walked out of a cooking class (with her daughter) because there were so many nuts used in the dishes, so I offered to do a private one for her. Sometimes it's easier to do a special demo for someone, than to try and do a basic one to suit everyone!

Yah I'm sure you will feel differently after Jo's demo - if not I guess it's just not the machine for you (though I can't see how you can blame a machine for the taste of food, it's the ingredients that make the taste not the cooking method).
Jo -yumm!! Wish I could come to the demo even if I am coconut free, could live without the sauce, lol. All of that sounds so nice.
I'd like to know about the macadamia cheese? Peanut free but love macadamia's. Sounds like an expensive but divine cheese.

Zan, the recipe for macadamia cheese is here on the forum:
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3035.0
There's also some other 'cheese' recipes with pine nuts there. I've only tried the first one, and it's yummy! Just don't over-process it, or it will be more of a 'spread' than a cheese! (Unless you want 'cheese spread' - lol!) I just turbo pulse it a few times. Yummy!

I am so pleased
you have changed your mind, DH obviously has the faith in your cooking knowing that you can whip up wonderful food.
You really won't be 'Disappointed' anymore.
I just love mine and I have to admit the Demo I had really was week to say the least and the pasta that was cooked was just disgusting!!!!!
The food I cook my dogs (in TM) has more appeal
However I am a reall foodie and love to cook so it is the best investment for me and myt family. Christmas lunch was extra special this year with all the wonderful food prepaired in TM.
My best tip is use the varoma setting and experiment.
Good luck
