Left over bread dough

i hate to waste any thing to do with bread.

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

What do you call them fundj?  I've googled it and it seems every country has a different name for these.

Jd the mix is the no fuss bread recipe + bread improver
Then toss in cinnamon and sugar
Its kill me I can not remember what we call them, but the Sicilian way is with lard

Some names I found are Chiacchiere, Cenci, Lattughe, Bugie - may not be the same as yours but they certainly look similar.  They appear to have a little alcohol in them though.  Anything there that rings a bell fundj.

my MIL makes these, I am sure she puts cream in them. she says they are very fiddly and normally she makes them with a friend.  I think she puts a slit in the middle and then does an inside outside twist. love these
