I just copy and past recipe, then hit tag- add description ie main, then it title - recipe name, then hit save. Done.
I really like it,you can then go into just one category. Also can tag something twice like main/ vegetarian.

will depend on what layout you have set it as...mine has the list of notes above or on the top part of the screen and if i click on a note then i see it on the bottom part of the screen...kind of like some email software like outlook etc and on the left side of the screen is all the labels

try bedlams way ok so just saw its tag not label so you should have add to tag in the drop box when you right click on a note name in the list?????  it is quite easy and yes you can add one recipe/note to several tags...  just play around with it and you will figure it out or go to help and search and maybe it will explain it better for you  :)

Yes, I am pleased. Thanks for your help Frozzie. Taking ages to copy over but I think worth it.
