Does any one know how to make pistachio paste? I could not find any at the health food shop or a local kitchen place near me.

What would happen if you blended pistachios together as in peanut paste? Could be expensive if it didn't work though.

Need for
this
macaron filling. I probably should perfect my macaron making first
and make some Lemon Curd to fill instead.

CP why not email Trissa and ask her. She is lovely. Or use ground pistachios as she suggested. Her macarons are lovely.
