parsley sauce for corned beef

Can anyone help me with a recipe for parsley sauce to go with corned beef please?

Karen, just do a batch of bechamel sauce from the EDC and add some chopped parsley,. S & P to taste at the end. No cheese or nutmeg of course.  For the 2 of us I just make it in a mug in the microwave with some cornflour mixed with the milk and chopped parsley.

I do it a few ways,

edc white sauce & add chopped parsley
Edc white sauce, add some onion flakes & chopped parsley
MonkeyBoyzmum awesome sauce with chopped parsley

Fantastic Judy and Hally,  I don't know why I didn't think of that myself.  I usually make a lovely mustard sauce to go with corned beef, but my Dad is visiting and doesn't like mustard.
