We made pasta dough for lasagna the other day, using recipe in EDC but without oil (can't remember now if it calls for it or not). Our first batch went in the bin after the rest time as it doesn't say to kneed the dough straight out of the TMX before putting into fridge to rest and was a complete disaster. I did knead second batch before resting and it was much better. I love the idea of making our own pasta.
