Oh dear, I just added up my market spending, and I've gone over budget again. >:(
I spent $168 this week which included $47 on meat.

Last weeks, been too scared to add up, plus I shoud have cancelled my aussie farmers.
Anyway, careless, not menu planning & just a bad week all round, $177.

Ths week must be better :) fingers crossed

Really have to get back to menu planning as it does make such a difference.

My budget is going up to $135 per week as of next week as we have eb with us.

I must get back to meal planning too. I have had a few things to cater for at work lately. This Wednesday another one. One of the young lasses is getting married, I actually made her wedding invites. It's her last day at work and I'm making afternoon tea for
 12 -14 of us.

I haven't been keeping track of the grocery bill  :-X

I've been reading along here thinking "no way, never going to happen" but finally this week my shopping bill came down a bit.  I think I went just slightly crazy when my TMX arrived and bought all kinds of spices and baking ingredients (although I was already a keen home baker, so could have been worse!), so seemed pretty expensive.  Plus I did self-cater two parties (birthday party for DD, and our work xmas party), so of course things were high.

So I'm ready to join in I think...
AUD$100 equates to about NZ$125 though, so that might be more realistic.  I spent $160 this week, includes everything - meat, vege, cleaning.
Even included quite a few things for xmas hamper ingredients (oreos, chocolate, condensed milk, berries for jam etc)

Aiming for $125 next week then.  :)
