Will top $200 this week as stocking up on some items we have run out of from the health food store, some items last 3 months.

$146.42 and that includes cat food, washing liquid, stocking up of cheese and butter (edam, tasty AND parmesan) on special, plus a few extras to take away this weekend (cheese and crackers, "fancy" cereal, fruit treats for snacks (kiwiberries, cherry toms, baby carrots...things the kids love).

Not much meat this week (after last week's spend up I didn't need much)

It makes you feel good doesn't it Hally? It also reduces the food costs for a few weeks.

With my $25 voucher off my shopping came to $93 today. It was a rushed shop so I possibly forgot half of it. I've been busy so haven't been cooking so nothing needed replacing. No meat needed either. I didn't buy any cheese or nuts. I cheated though and got DD to stock up when she was at Garden City the other day. The Coles there have lovely nuts and dried fruits. She loves the paw paw with lime.

I have a veg garden, fruit trees and a BIL with chooks - so we get eggs, fruit and veg whenever we want/need, then I have a freezer (1-upright) , a fridge and a pantry, that is all the food storage we have but it seems to be keeping us going - I can hardly believe it myself!  :o :o Don't know that I could get another week out of it tho.  ;) There are 6 mouths to feed here  :D

I sent DH shopping yesterday, he added a lot of things that were on special. my pantry is so full,  2 kilos of ham..

I have about another 5 kilos of chicken breasts,  heaps of cat food, and pasta, lots more olives, fancy cheeses, salami's, for pizzas.

heaps of fruit and veges, filled up my baking cupboard. $420.. :D    EVOO, Olive oil... coffee,
lucky for our 2 big freezers.

I wont have to buy much for the next month or 2.
