I have alot of bacon in my freezer too....?!  :)  Don't dare to count how many rashers tho.  :-[
Think it'll be bacon and egg pie tonight.  :)

If you each had 4 rashers each week it would last you 14 weeks..  If you each had 2 rashers each Sunday it would last you half a year.

Was bacon on special?

We dont have any bacon, some panchetta & chorizio but no bacon :) a lot of chorizio, it was on special :)

Wouldn't it what  ;D  We all grow things and buy 2 4 1 on special. Just swap out our excess and things we don't use anymore .

I buy my bacon from the deli when it is on special. I usually buy a kilo and freeze it in lots of 2 rashers. Our freezer seems to fill up on single slices of bread that get lost in there and cupcakes that seem to breed in there.  :-\

Week 1 went well $86.92, mainly staples, its going to be hard $100-$120. Week 2 will be in budget but it will get harder from then on.

How is everyone else tracking?

Not so good. $161.00 this week. If we come in at $78 next week then we will be on track for $240 for the fortnight.
