Very excited newbie!

Hello,
I am a very excited newbie, new to Thermomix and new to forums too. I've had my Thermomix for 2 weeks and have been cooking up a storm. I find myself rushing home from work to spend time with my Thermomix, much to the amusement of my husband and kids
This is a very welcoming and friendly place to visit - thanks so much to those of you who have set up all the links and reviews of the recipes in the cook books - this is invaluable and has helped me so much. After only 2 weeks I just can't imagine cooking what seems to me now the 'old fashioned way'. I am eagerly awaiting the curry book and the meat book I ordered.
Thanks for having me onboard, I'm looking forward to this exciting adventure.
Shirley

Hi Shirley, welcome to the forum. It sounds like you really have the TMX bug and don't worry, your family will soon get used to this obsession with the machine. Your friends and relatives will get sick of hearing about it though

Hi Shirley,
I have only been here about a week and found this forum to be very welcoming (doesn't hurt that we are all obsessed with our Thelmas)

All sounds good to me. I love the sound of a Thermomix whirring away or callig me that it has finished. As you say, Shirley, EXCITING! Welcome to the forum.

Welcome Shirley. It really is an obsession isn't it? I actually dream about my TMX all the time. (I'm not sure if I should be admitting that!)
