I make this one alot, but changed the recipe, as yes it is too wet.Try 300g warm water and 500g bakers flour. All other ingred the same. I only let mine rise once and then press it out onto a lined baking tray with my fingers, top with rosemary/garlic/feta/sundried toms/olives/salt/whatever tickles my fancy at the time...drizzle with a little olive oil and into the oven. Yum!
I love it when it is wet and sloppy, makes such a light fluffy focaccia. I just oil my hands and have fun with it
