I am a new very proud owner of TMX, I have to say I am definately in LOVE!!! I am so excited by the possibibilities - have always loved to cook and now want to experiment. I have 2 hungry males ( DH and 15 yr old) to feed - they are also enjoying the arrival of my new toy!!
I was trying to find a recipe for stewing and using rhubarb, but can't seem to find the link to the recipes - I have found the blog / discussion of how great the recipe is, but no recipe. Can someone please help me to navigate my way to it??
happy to be a part of the TMX crew

Welcome to the forum Josephinef, I can't help you with the rhubarb recipe but I'm certain someone else will find the link for you pretty quickly

Hi josephinef, welcome to the forum. I think the recipe you are looking for is stewed rhubarb with apple & strawberries in the EDC which came with your Thermomix.
Here's
a rhubarb crumble

A belated welcome. How did the rhubarb recipe go. I just cut my rhubarb into pieces and put it into the bowl with a teeny bit of water and the sugar and cook it at 100 until it's cooked. Just keep peaking at it. Use a speed high enough to keep the rhubarb moving round, and reverse.

the rhubarb was perfect - so fine, not stringy at all - and with a little crumble on top - yum!!

As a total novice, I lined the basket with baking paper, put rhubarb inside with a spoon of sugar and steamed at 100' speed 1 for few mins. Kept peeking until done. It was straight from the garden and thin stalks cut into inch long segments.
Served with my custard sauce.
Enough for 2.
Rhubarb and custard
Yum.
