Miracle spray

This stuff is great and come from
This site
http://www.debtfreecashedupandlaughing.com.au/2012/05/miracle-spray.html?m=1
As mentioned by Obbie and CP in another post
Thought I would give its own area as I'm finding it really good stuff.
Miracle Spray
Ingredients:
1.5 litre water (1 cup boiled)
300ml white vinegar
60ml dishwashing liquid
25ml eucalyptus oil
3 dessertspoons "Lectric" soda (washing soda)
Method
Mix washing soda with about 1 cup boiling water to dissolve, add remaining ingredients, pour into a 2 litre bottle (I use the vinegar ones).
To use
This nearly fills the 2 litre bottle, then I decant (don't you just love that word) into spray bottles for benches and laundry, and refill old toilet cleaner bottles to squirt under the rim in the loo etc. It's also good to spray on the floor on tough stains, you know the stuff you dropped when cooking that dried. I originally found the recipe from another site and just tweaked it a bit. I love it, as I try to minimise the use of chemicals around the house. With the collars and cuffs, try to spray and leave to soak for a few minutes works best I've found, so I spray as I sort, then do the whites second rather than first load to give the spray a chance to work.

I knew my tiles in my laundry needed cleaning but it's one of those jobs I kept putting off. The type of tiles I have are hard to clean as they are kind of rough and need lots of elbow grease to clean.
Anyway I sprayed this miracle spray on them and left it for 10 minutes and the grime came off really easy using a tooth brush and cloth (I sound like I'm trying to sell this lol)
Anyway here's a picture (how embarrassing) my house isn't that dirty I thought.

I keep looking at the picture and think how disgusting the tiles were before I cleaned them. I do mop my floor twice a week really I do
I have a few tiles in the house to clean, entrance, toilet, around fire, around the bath etc. they will all be getting a good clean.
Oh and the best thing is the eucalyptus in the mixture is helping clear my sinuses

My happy aunt
I was looking at the top of the first picture and could see a difference Mandi then got the shock of my life when I scrolled down.
I can see a few batches of that being made by our forum members.

That's amazing Dede
The 'before' tiles look like they should be just as they are, who would have known.

That is impressive. I have a huge tiled area- kitchen, family room, laundry, Bathroom and toilet. I wonder how dirty my tiles really are!

The lectric soda should be easy to find at most supermarkets. I found it at our local IGA.

Yep in the washing aisle generally Tasty
Mandi you need what they call a deck brush - they are like a stiff scrubbing brush on a handle ... I love them for my floors. Looks like I will be making a batch of this too

I have one of those Kathryn - it sure beats getting down on your hands and knees.
Mandi, make sure you leave one tile untouched to show people how it used to look

Yep a deck brush would be a much better idea than a toothbrush
And Judy too late, all the laundry is done now, just starting on some other rooms now but the tiles are not as bad as the ones in the laundry.
