I am trying to be healthier this week and include a lot more veges as part of my menu plan. So I decided to make this today but unfortunately I did not like it at all....the smell did not appeal to me and I couldn't bring myself to have more than a taste. I'm not sure if it's the porcini mushrooms or the molasses in it.

Hubby ate it and thought it was ok and my little one also wanted some so not all gone to waste.

Yes, I agree with Uni - things always taste better the next day.  It looks good to me Tasty.

looks like vegetable spew (ssh, don't tell your little one I said that  ;)). Do you have anything else with it like rice? I think I could probably eat it with rice or an accompaniment.

I can't bring myself to try it again ladies. Hubby had it for lunch at work and he said it didn't taste better today.
