Morning all.  Quiet here today.  We are going to Dalesford today to do the shops and have lunch at Frangos.  House nearly back to  normal.  Tomorrow Judy and CC fly back to Adelaide to begin their adventure there.  Have  fun everyone.

Morning Robyn.
Glad the party went well and look forward to seeing photos of your cake. :D

We had a busy weekend at home preparing some things for our trip and yesterday I cooked food for DH to have while I am in Adelaide.

You are good MF, talked to my DH about the same and he doesnt want me to worry about leaving anything prepared. We will see how i go for time. He will be ok i am sure either way.

Chookie and Ral, ihope you feel the love , what a lovely day for young and older. One to reminisce about in future years. Have a fantastic holiday, looking forward to hearing all about Turkey especially.
Funny to see JD asking where are you and both posting from the same house, more importantly where is CC,needed a sleep in i would imagine. She will need a holiday when she gets home.

Normally my freezer is well stocked Denise but life here has been full on and so not enough cooking been done recently other than our meals which have been mainly simple and/or enough for 2 nights. I feel sorry for DH as he has so much on at work too and as we are going away for 5 weeks he is working non stop so I don't want him to have to worry about cooking when I am in Adelaide. I feel bad about going as its not the right time for us but DH insisted that I should go and relax. He semi-retired 2 years ago but now does the same amount of work crammed into 9 months as he now takes 12 weeks off a year. That's his idea of semi-retirement but we try to go away when he takes leave be ause if we stayed home he would still work by phone or computer. Still contactable when we are away but not to the same extent.

Norma, enjoy Adelaide, DH will be ok.

I know we cram so much into 1 week break away, and 2 weeks home a year. :)
