Uni so sorry to hear about Franks Dad, sending best wishes to you all.

Yvette, great the DH has been released and you can finish the holiday - I could think of worse places than London and Dubai to recuperate  ;)

Morning all.
Yvette,  good to be out of hospital.
Uni,  sorry to hear about further developments  with FIL.
Emme,  glad you are on the mend.
We had fab holiday.  Arrived home to power off. Freezers off for a day, we think.  Auto blinds all up ,  as no power to work them.  35 inside and out. Chooks fine.  Fires all around,  but none close. Garden survived.  Another hot one today,  and then a change to cool for a week.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Good Morning.

Hopefully that will be the end of your nose bleeds Marie.  :)

Good that your DH is out of hospital Yvette and you can get to your holiday.  :D

Sorry to hear the news of your FIL Uni - sending hugs to you and Frank  :-*

Glad you had a nice time away Chookie. I'm glad you haven't been affected by the fires. It's scary living surrounded by bush when there are fires.
DH and I have most of our photos saved to an external hard drive and have insurance papers and our passports within easy access. If worse comes to worse and we don't have time to pack a suitcase and TMX we can just grab those things and go.

There has been so much happening in the last 24 hours, both good and bad.

Uni, hope your FIL pulls through, hugs and warmest wishes to you both.

Yvette, good to see that you are getting ready to be on the move again and DH is out of hospital.  Hope the results will shed some light on what happened to him. Do take it easy, better to rest and keep well than to push yourselves too hard with sight-seeing, etc.  There is only one DH and the sights will still be there next time you travel.

Marie, take care and don't sneeze!

Chookie good to hear that you had a lovely holiday and are back home, hope you didn't lose anything in your freezer.  The fires are scary, I've been watching the CFA site for both your area and ours.  We had a couple of small fires nearby, but nothing major.  DH is ready to head up if things start looking worrying today.

To all of you (us) in the South East, hope today isn't too stressful for you all.  It's been an unpleasantly tough week and I know I am certainly hanging out for the cool change to come through.

Chookie go figure.

Yvette some weird thing eh.
