Sorry for all the questions Astarra. So does the spindle/paddle have any advantages? It's a lot more economical than the Phillips.

I've just heated a pie and leftover potato/mushroom casserole in mine for lunch.

Isnt the pastry amazing in the AF Judy.
Your gunna love it Gert.

Yes Denise and it would take as long to just heat up the oven as it takes to heat the pie in the a/f.  This is my oven for all small jobs.

I'm not worried about the questions,  Michele.   :)
the paddle is good when cooking mince or something which is better stirred, but I mainly use tm for that sort of thing...
it is a pain the way it mushes up chips or wedges or fish fingers etc, but great for even cooking of roast pots etc.
hope that makes sense.  :)

I know. I have let the side down but I think I am a convert.  Too easy, easy to clean and will expand my cooking horizons. Never ever eat anything fried except on rare occasion when you just have to have fish and chips and I am ALWAYS disappointed. Only have done the chicken but I gotta say ........sensational.

Gert,  congratulations.  I can't wait to get home and bake the mushroom slices dipped in a parmesan.  I feel the AF really complements the TMX.

Oh Gert :-\
I'm still holding out against the air fryer. I passed up a Really good deal on one by chanting I don't need it, I don't need it. I don't need it.
I still don't need one.
Mind you, I did use my piemaker tonight.........

Gert I am pleased you said you had chicken in the AF. After the photos of the lovely tree frog, I was worried that your chicken was frog legs.  ;D ;D ;D

Gert, I am really glad you are enjoying the airfryer - honest I am - DH said to look at the prices but so far I have resisted  :D but that chicken did look sooooooooo nice.
