LOL Judy, actually he's eating some grass  :-)) He usually charges ahead of me looking for some poor creature to retrieve.

Morning all.
CC thanks for the beautiful photo.
Judy, hope you can rest up today.
Very windy here today.  Will rug up and get into the garden.

It is well deserved  Judy.

Hi friends.
A sunny start to the day here. The wind has dropped so maybe the temperature might rise.
Extremely quiet out walking Chance this morning. No people,no traffic just the occasional bird song.
I did encounter a Hare on a road.It stopped and was looking at me but before I could take a photo it caught Chance's scent on the air and zoomed off. They are beautiful creatures and really big.

Morning all.
CC, how lovely.  Nice to see wild creatures. Hares are quite different to rabbits.  We very occasionally see them.
Family for lunch so better get going. Roast Chicken with the lot, Apple Cake Tart from freezer and will see how the Sushi on the Side stood up to a night in the fridge.

Good morning everyone.

Robyn, how far will DH travel with the weddings cars?  You'd have limited opportunities where you live  wouldn't you or are there more young people up there than I imagine?

You must love the fact that you never know what you're going to see on your walks Denise, no wonder you carry a camera.

Enjoy your day with the family Chookie.  Do you guys ever have a rest day LOL.

Do you wear a special outfit or uniform to drive the wedding cars Robyn?

I have had a busy few weeks. Decided to leave my big beautiful home in the rainforest for an Over 55's retirement village I a not so desirable location. Needs be. This is a very expensive home to keep and the power bills are a killer with the pool and a/c when needed. Rather than pour my resources into living poor in a nice house I am downsizing to a brand new villa where I can live a bit higher on the hog. Or at least buy clean skins in a bottle!

So I have been window and actual shopping for some needed new furniture and appliances. Selling, giving and generally downsizing here before mulching and power washing. Hopefully I will be ready by the end of the month to put the house on the market.

Life is full of surprises, lots of high notes, low notes and much like music it is still a wonderful song.
