Morning all.
Have been AWOL  for a few days.  We went to a furniture Auction in Melb ( Toorak) on Sat and Sunday . It was nice to see how some people live!!!   The house was recently sold for 7 Million. Every thing they had for sale was of excellent quality. We bought quite a few things for our new house.
The weather has been beautiful here but about to turn nasty for a few days mid week.
CC , love the photo you posted of the forest at sunrise, and nice to get some fresh eggs. Some local people here sell King Edward potatoes and Garlic from the Farm gate. Cheap and fresh. My 44 cloves of garlic have all sprouted and I hope we are still here in December so I can harvest them.

Chookie I can  imagine an auction at Toorak would be very interesting. I'm pleased that you managed to pick up one or two pieces.

Our weather is absolutely perfect at the moment. Coolish over night and 25-30 in the day. What more could anyone wish for?

Hello all
I haven't been on here for ages as almost the whole of this year has been taken up with DH's awareness and fundraising campaign. His inspirational motorbike ride ends next week after thousands of miles.
I have hardly cooked or baked since I started working on logistics in February.
I miss you guys and hope to be on a little although we are still hectic until Christmas re-paying hospitality and other stuff. We are also waiting the latest scan results from last week. Life goes on but it is all different.
I need to lose at least a stone, so need help and inspiration for that.
Went to a pizza party on the weekend, they had an outside oven. Guess who ended up rolling our the bases... i loved it as I haven't made any dough all year.
Please fill me in on your news: hatches, matches and house moves etc
cheers DJ xxx
