I walk Chance every morning Suzanne.DH usually walks him the afternoon but I will if DH is busy.Chance is such a sweet dog with a very gentle nature and really enjoys his walks each day.

It was my 4th day at the gym today and I can already feel all my muscles trying to come back into shape..
But a long way to go, have almost 5kg to shed
