Morning all.
House and garden looked great but only 3 people turned up. As Bedlam says, not much fun getting ready.  Bedlam, hope you have luck soon.
One of out problems is that few have heard of Cherokee.
Have very mixed feelings, we know it is the right move to go to the new house, but we love it here. Everything is very much to our liking except the 25 acres which are a lot to look after as we are heading towards 80.
It is a beautiful day, sunny and no wind.

Good morning everyone.  I slept like a log last night, unusual for me when I'm not in my own bed. Puppy  woke me at 6.30 by barking at my door.

How disappointing Chookie, hopefully they were interested buyers and not just being nosy.

A beautiful sunny day here.

Hi everyone, lovely day here, I,m sure your property will sell quickly Chookie, if you don't want to move is there any chance of subdividing your house off from the rest and sell that.?.

That's very disappointing Chookie after all your work. Hopefully it is the perfect spot for one of the 'lookers'.

Hi friends.
Another beautiful start to the day here but it's cold.My hands were freezing this morning walking Chance.I'll have to look for my gloves :D Being Sunday it was extremely quiet out there on the walk.Only horses, squirrels and birds for company. :)

Sorry to hear your Open House was disappointing Chookie.Hopefully the next one will attract more potential buyers. :)

You must have been comfortable if you slept well Judy :)

That is very disappointing about your open day, Chookie, especially after all the work that goes into presenting your home to potential buyers.  I hope at least there was some real interest from those that visited.

It takes just one person so see it, love it and buy it chookie and it will happen. Patience and don't stress.

Morning all.
Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement about the open day. Apparently 3 to 8 visitors is all we can expect in this area. I suppose it is being in limbo that is the hardest part.
Another nice sunny day today. Hope everyone enjoys their week.

Good morning everyone, it's going to be difficult leaving this beautiful holiday house to go back to town today but it's been a lovely mini-break with DD and family.

Hi friends,
Another sunny start to the day here.A lovely walk with Chance. It certainly lightens your mood when the weather is gorgeous.

DH and I got up at 3.30am this morning to watch the Supermoon Eclipse.I was expecting it to be more red ( looked a dirty grey to me ;D) Glad we did it as it won't happen for another 34 years :o Chance was in seventh haven having us up and around at that time but disappointed when we both went back to bed. :D
