Cookie, we are not opening a new shop.  We are closing our second one that has come to the end of it's nine year lease and consolidating it into just the one shop here in Collingwood.  We are both too old to want to get involved in lease negotiations for another nine years ... there is more to life than that!

Shop no. 2 closes it's doors on 23 December so you can all guess what we are doing from 24 December until handover on 31 December!  I will be thinking enviously of all of you enjoying your Xmas break - have a small tipple for me!

Sitting here reading about your very hot weather and looking at the TV news of the horrendous floods in Cumbria.Some areas have flood water chest high!! We live in a topsy turvy world weather wise
