Good morning everyone, it's warming up again for us in Adelaide this week.  Low 30's so not too bad though.

Morning all.
Thanks for the good wishes for Open Day. No visitors . The house and garden looked beautiful. I wonder if we could keep both houses. , ?

How frustrating for you both. I'm sure someone will come along and as has been said before it only takes one. Our last home took a long time to sell and maybe this one has sold too quick!  A few dramas happening with our build causing delays, silly frustrating things like wrong size window and when replaced with correct size arriving with opaque glass.  It's apicture window!!!
Much love To you both Chookie and Ral xx

Hi friends,
Waiting for it to get light so I can walk Chance.

What a shame that you had no visitors Chookie.Selling houses is so unpredictable.Fingers crossed that special buyer comes your way :-*

I hope everyone's day went well.

With your garden looking at its best Chookie, what a pity a prospective new owner wasn't there to see it and the rest of the property.

Chookie it is so sad that no one came to see your home. I think people are concentrating on Christmas at the moment and not much else.
