Yes, huge storm Chookie.  I was fine where I was as was Katie. 1 of my pots fell over but we are still without a landline in our street.  I can live with that, mobile phone and iPad keeps me connected to the world.  Others though not so lucky, we've copped so many devastating storms this year.

I'm glad that you and Katie are ok Judy. These storms are often so nasty and anything can happen.

Chookie your verandah spot looks peaceful and I see you have your hats ready should you continue into the sun.

Marina I'm pleased that you were able to use plan A. Sad that a couple of friends couldn't make it. I hope they are both ok.

Morning all.
Glad to hear all ok through storms, Judy.
The wild winds ripped the cover off our 'igloo' at Invermay.
We were about to replace the heavy plastic but think we may plant small fruit trees in the space and cover with bird netting.
It is lovely and cool today.

Good morning everyone. Grey, overcast and cooler here today - yay!  It's been so humid of late.
I see Melbourne had it's problems with heavy rains in a very short time yesterday, I hope our Melbourne friends weren't caught up in it.
What was under the 'igloo' Chookie?  Great idea to use the existing framework to protect your planned planting of fruit trees.

Judy, I was using the igloo as a garden shed. Everything, seeds, and other perishables were all in plastic containers.

Hi friends.
Another frosty cold day here.

Australia is certainly experiencing stormy weather :o I hope your perishables survived in the plastic boxes Chookie.

Morning all.
Cool morning, warm day to follow.
Still discovering things about new house. Opened all windows with fly wire screens yesterday and didn't need AC on.
