Dropping in to say hello. Haven't been on the forum in forever. Don't use my TMX that much these days as my cooking is still hit and miss as it has been for the past 3 years. Hope everyone is well.

It's great when old friends drop in to say hello Michele. :-*

I walked Chance in dry weather this morning but DH walked him in rain this afternoon. A day of two halves ;D

Hi Michele. Was wondering how you were going. Nice to hear from you.
Funny week here at Invermay, with the Melbourne Cup yesterday and Ballarat Show Friday.  There are a lot of Melbourne companies that have branches in Ballarat so did not work yesterday and these same companies will be closed here on Friday. Very confusing.
Very slowly warming up. Can’t plant the tomatoes out until it is a bit warmer. Probably another week.

Good morning, lovely blue skies here and the perfect 25 degrees expected.  Meeting some Probus ladies for morning tea this morning.  Nice to see you pop in Michele, hope all is well.

Good morning everyone.  A lovely sunny morning here.

Nice to hear from you McMich, hope all is well with you.

Chookie, our tomatoes have been in for a couple of weeks now and DH has had to tie them up as they are on the move.  I have some beans coming up and 2 zucchini plants I have just put in.  I still have no idea what the mysterious plant is that came up in the potting mix for the potatoes and now another one has appeared.  Maybe a sunflower but lots of fun watching it grow.

I love sunflowers for their flower Margaret.

Warm again here. I've had enough summer!

DH and DD picked up a lost, forlorn, tame pink and grey when they were walking last night. Poor little fellow. We have knocked on doors, done a letter drop, rung the council, put him on lost birds in the Perth area and this afternoon we will take him to the vet to see if he is micro chipped. He is so beautiful. He loves to be on your shoulder and snuggle into your neck. We are spending all our time cuddling him. The weiro and budgie don't like him much as he is so big.
I do hope someone claims him soon as we really can't keep him, much as we would love to.
Poor little fellow, I think he is missing his family.

He’s probably quite happy to have found a bird loving family cookie, I hope you do find his owners though.

My living area looks like a bird cage! The galah has free range of the room, mainly on the table and he is dropping seed everywhere. We took him to the vet this afternoon to see if he was chipped, but he wasn't. He loved the drive in the car, he sat up on the back of the seat enjoying himself. He is obviously used to it.

I bet seed is not all he’s dropping cookie LOL. Does he talk?  Perhaps you could ask him where he lives!

He has been very quiet Judy. He has let out a couple of screeches but that is all.
As silly as it sounds I did ask him where he lives. 😀😀😀 DH has built him a temporary home, but he doesn't like it very much. We leave it open and he keeps coming out, however his food and water is inside!
No one has rung about him. So sad.

Cookie, you are so kind to look after him. Hope you find his owner soon.
Mab, that plant ?.   Could it be NZ Spinach?
Nice and warm here today.  24 . We have finally set up BBQ area with umbrella. Cooked a roast chicken and potatoes in the BBQ yesterday.

Good morning everyone.  Another lovely sunny day here.

Cookie, we have quite a few of those galahs around here as well as the white corellas and it can get very noisy at times. :)
