Thank goodness for backing up your computer JulieO.
I'm sure you will have heaps of fun with your new thermomix. Stay cool.

It's 34 here today, was about 37 yesterday. However tomorrow is to be 26. Yeah. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Lucky you cookie, it’s dreadful here.
Great work on your computer problem Julie and DH, it’s handy being savvy with these things.  For most of us it would do our head in.

Well done julieO .
36 here today and we had to go out.  Cool change has come in, 26 now.
RAL has an appointment with the Specialist on Friday at 3 pm. Forecast 40.  We normally have to walk some distance to his office. I am going to park illegally and be closer to his office.  Doubt there will be parking attendants about.

Travelled into London on the tube. It always gets busy the closer you get to the capital. It was lovely to see a young man give his seat up for an older person. You don't see that very often these days.
Canary Wharf was busy with shoppers. I wanted to buy something but saw the massive que to pay and so put my purchase back on the shelf.😳

Great news you restored your computer Julie. I look forward to hearing all about your new TM.
I will share photos of our new house once it's built. I know many of you will like to see the kitchen 😁

CC, how true, we love kitchens.  I was very interested to read recently that Gas is to become the less preferred cooking choice in future kitchens as it is a fossil fuel. Sad about that.
We are enjoying the coolish day today. 26. If you don’t hear from me after tomorrow it’s because I have melted away.

We will survive Chookie, I can’t even go into the nursing home to visit Mum as they have been in lockdown since Monday.  Hopefully the problem will be over by Christmas Day or earlier. I would be spending my days in there with her right now if it was possible.  This weather makes me feel nauseous.

Good morning everyone.  Heading for 24* today, not looking forward to tomorrow.  Visitors for a late afternoon tea today.

I feel for you all in the heat. I have just been watching the fires, it is awful.

We have a cool change today, thank goodness. I don’t think I could have put up with much more 40+ heat.  We have 2 cool days then it is heating up. It will be round 36 on Christmas Day. At least it’s not 40.
Chookie if a mean, rotten parking inspector gives you a ticket, appeal against it. Say you are both over 21 and can’t walk in the heat. If they still charge you then they are really mean.

Enjoy Melbourne Chookie. Obbie have a great Christmas holiday.

It’s been raining heavily all day. DH very kindly walked Chance this afternoon.
