Marina do you feel totally free?
CC I do hope things go as you wish. You survived lockdown in your caravan so I’m sure you could survive another in your house.

Bought new bedroom light fitting. Simple flat round light with fan blades that come out when required. .
Enjoying the slightly warmer weather. Los of rain.
RAL helped neighbour mow his lawn as he was struggling with small mower and long grass.
Garden looks lovely at the moment.
Not a lot of baking .

CC it's never a good thing to have to go into lock down, but I feel it is better if it is in the cooler / colder weather because people are not so keen to get outside as they are in the warmer months.  Best wishes if you have to ... get back into your hobbies, make sure you have something positive and constructive to do, take Chance for lots of walks, keep yourself occupied ... it helps ... above all, keep safe and well.
Thank you Marina, Chookie and Cookie for the kind words of advice.
We go into lockdown on Thursday for a month. Hopefully this break will see Covid numbers reduced.

CC, best wishes on lock down.  It worked for Melbourne. You should see good results by the end of the month.
2 days of visitors.  I think I am organized. Will be exhausted by Wednesday as with lockdown things have been slow and quiet.

Fingers crossed it all goes to plan Cornish.  At least you have a couple of days to prepare for the month lockdown.

We've been down the coast for a couple of days to visit our daughter and grandson.  Weather wasn't the best but it was still enjoyable to be away.  Our sea view room was as usual very nice and comfortable.  Nice being back home though.  DH back at work today.

Beautiful morning and warming up for a couple of days, don't mind it in short spurts.  :D

Lockdown does work Denise, it will be the best thing to slow things down. Good advice from Marina and with a brand new house in which to serve your time and not the caravan I’m sure you will cope.  Bring on 2021 I say!

My radiation treatment finished 2 weeks ago and apart from the mouth ulcers persisting I am feeling great.  I hope to be able to start to eat within a week or two but Sustagen is keeping me going.  No more specialist appointments for 3 weeks.

How lovely to have no more specialist appointments for a bit Judy. I do hope the mouth ulcers clear up soon.

Judy, so happy to hear your news.  Take care and look forward to tasty treats and hopefully your mouth ulcers will ease soon.  Can you take ice creams, mousses, etc?

I am sure I have posted this in the past, but I often think of it; it kept me going when I was very unwell and attending the hyperbaric unit daily for weeks, one of my fellow 'inmates' once said "If you are going to be blue, you may as well be BRIGHT BLUE", so I send you very bright blue wishes.

Thank you Julie & Marina.
I’m hoping to start on mushy veggies, yoghurt etc this coming weekend Marina, if not this one then the following one.  Apart from not having any appetite for anything the pesky ulcers on the side of the tongue are very painful.
