That's great Uni as good to have them nearby.
You will be wanting to see Eve every day  :)  what a gorgeous little baby  ;D

My youngest DD lives 2 mins away and we see each other every day almost.
In fact she came in this morning with her 3 kids for breakfast as her DH was working 
She is due her 4 th baby on boxing day And we are all very excited n :)

Yes it's great having them close.
All my kids are close by. The furthest is 15 minutes away.
And my mum is 2 minutes away  :)
