Oh a leg of lamb chookie! I have not had a leg of lamb in a long time . I just cannot bring myself to pay the price. You have to wonder if it is THAT big it was not lamb anyway but commanding the lamb price!

It had already been hung and what GD had to do was cut it uP into chops, roasts etc.
She did a great job and we now have lovely rolled and stuffed roasts, lamb racks, diced lamb, minced lamb,
kebabs, chops etc. Gave some to my DD and managed to clean out one of my freezers so have fitted it all in.
She cooked stuffed loin last night and made a delicious red wine jus reduction a vegetable medley and used TMX to make mashed potato.
It was delicious Amy 😃 instead of $94 as she had told me, she actually only had to pay $80 so a real bargain for me. 😄

Hello again.
yes Gert I was in bed but am awake again all ofma sudden now. Am still touched by your very kind message.

DH away again, the pouring rain woke me, and funeral tomorrow of lovely Aunt, so just a bit sad all of a sudden.

We had a family wedding 10 days ago too.

Enjoy the wedding Uni, ours was great fun. And cooking for one is different for sure.
