I really hope that you get some relief soon. It has gone on far too long. You must be out of your mind by now.
I've just had some dry needling done for a pulled muscle in my shoulder. I,m hoping that my headache will be gone by the time I wake up tomorrow. I can't imagine it going on for weeks and weeks.

Question for Uni. I'm making Ragu alla bolognese from a recipe that has been handed down through a few generations (hope my friend gave all the instructions and ingredients ... LOL). How important is the red wine in the recipe and will it matter if I add it in  latter, say, about an hours time when I buy it? I've already deviated from the recipe a bit (which I was told not to do) by using 1kg of beef mince rather than half beef and half pork as I don't eat pork. Will that matter?

Adding the wine a bit later probably won't make a lot of difference so long as you still have plenty  of cooking  time left. Yes I will taste different without the pork  but it will still be nice.

i dont eat pork 2 Mich  ;D, only use beef when making  bolognese and if u really want 2 use the wine, maybe reduce it b4 add to the sauce .

Thanks Gert and Uni. The recipe does say to add the wine and stir until evaporated. So I took the pot off the stove and will go and buy some red wine when the bottle shop opens. I should have plenty of cooking time Gert. It says 7 hours is best but five hours is OK. If it goes on by 9.30 it will have had 5.5 hours before DH goes to work and then as long as it needs until DSD and I eat.
