It's different hally but it really works .. Mum has had problems all her life until she started with Bowen and now just does twice a year but she has severe problems..
I've known friends that have gone to them with ongoing problems and was the only thing that fixed them..

Hally - the way you are atm you can't leave any stone unturned . . Try the Bowen - you've nothing to lose - and certainly a lot to gain! Men tend to be sceptical I think . . . but be your own judge - especially with the pain you're in. Certainly wouldnt hurt to at least talk to a Bowen therapist about what's going on . . . the more information you can gather the better position you'll be in to decide what's best for you . .

Alot of guys are skeptical, Its hard to explain, but does work. Like reiki, people don't understand it, but it works..
There is Emmett technique as well, after a bowen instructor at Townsville.
MF, lucky you, a great present.

To give you an idea hally they definitely won't harm u..
Mum was blocked so badly she couldn't stand up or get out of bed so the lady who does Bowen came to the house and she could walk no problems after she left.. Wasn't doing cartwheels but a damn site better than what she was... No physio or chiriopracteur or doctor could do that but you need to decide for yourself .. Hope you feel better soon

Morning All,
Hally I hope you find some relief, from what ever source. Life in pain in no life at all.
Frozzie, over here (Perth) they have alternative schools called Montessori. The children can start when they are 3. They all learn at their own pace. You may have a classroom where each child is learning a different subject at the same time. It is not for everyone but has a really big following here. Maybe there is something similar in Qld that would suits DS and DD.

Hally
What complaint or symptoms brought you for a Bowen treatment?
Trapped nerve sacro-iliac area, very painful
What did your symptoms prevent you from doing?
Standing upright and walking properly.
Have you been able to resume doing them partially / fully since having Bowen treatment?
Relief and mobility was almost instantaneous. I have since been having successful treatment for a variety of ailments.
Testimonial of my Bowen Therapy experience. (How have you benefited from your Bowen treatment?)
I have had muscular-skeletal problems intermittently for more than 4 yrs and have tried a variety of therapies whenever I have “stiffened up”, including NHS physiotherapy. I worked as an SRN SCM in hospital around the country, mostly with the elderly in firm before modern lifting equipment became available, my job was very “hands on”, manual lifting was part and parcel of the job. I’ve also been an active person (gym & swim) and never let my disabilities stop me from working. Just wish Bowen treatment had been available when I first started with muscular-skeletal troubles.

Just make sure it's someone with a reputation... Ask around if anyone knows someone but normally they get back to you fairly quickly especially if your in pain..
