What are you cooking tonight Robyn, I love hearing about the cakes and slices you make.
Your parents bowls club members certainly are very lucky.

Posted a pic on what's for dinner tonight. A bit bland Uni. The technique was excellent and the texture really good.
Loved the flavour of the red wine. Next time will use the Italian method with some garlic, a bay leaf and celery like normal.

The pasta was excellent thanks to you. So glad I didn't return the pasta machine. I floured everything really well like you told me to do.

Apparently every village has their own secret sauce recipe. (don't even know if I got the actual recipe). Fina's Nonna wasn't overly endearing.

Amy if I left now and picked you up on the way I think we could make the Blue Mountains on time. Would hate to think we are missing out on any of Uni's gossip :o  ;D :o ;D

Morning all.  Yes, up and about way too early - had a horrible night - hot and hay fever combined was driving me nuts so here I am trying to catch up on Uni et al have been up to yesterday!

Going to cool down here today, thank goodness!  Maybe catch up on sleep about lunch time.
