Don't worry Gert, the man I have in mind has done this type pf work for almost 20 years, he gave me a free half hour chat earlier this year over the same property. The difference is we had jobs then and now we don't. The property price has also reduced by 8.5% as they really want to go, it is a genuine retirement sale, they are 15 & 20 years older  than us.

I slept in the guest room as their was a freight train in my bed!!!   :o

Its the best sleep I have had in weeks  ;D

I'm not too sure about the freight train, but I'm glad you got a good, well deserved sleep! :D :D :D

There's nothing more refreshing than a restful night in a comfy bed ;D
