Ooo, I think that is me Kim. I haven't been on a European vacation since before I had children.
I found the flight to Perth in August (only 5 hours) very relaxing, especially on the way home, I read CP's favourites from cover to cover, meal planned for a fortnight, watched the inflight commercials. Didn't even bother with a meal as I had so much fun reading.

I love airports, duty free shopping, watching all the travellers and checking out their luggage, I love a nice suit case and carry on bag.  :D

I love the smell of AVGAS in the morning. Love flying. Love it. I have been very fortunate in my life to have rarely ever travelled in economy. If I had to do that I would hate flying a long haul flight. I probably would not  do it. Be horrendous with children too.

Yes well if flying even business i wouldnt complain... Did one flight in business with ds.. Was quite relaxing and staff couldnt do enough to help plus not same menu etc and could eat when wanted so big diff to cattle class lol!! Stil hate long flights though but think if in first class and could sleep lying down wouldnt worry me too much.. Not a fan of airports..travellers generally bug me as everyone is pushing and shoving not like your going to get anywhere quicker and definately would be nicer travelling alone or just with dh.. Hell with two kids on your own and even worse when flights are delayed and miss connecting flights but thats me.. Each to their own!  I often travel alone with one or two kids... Dh always busy with work until now!

Got hair cut and coloured today.. Got charged 20 dollars extra as told i had long hair.. Its no where near my shoulders but anyway just paid it as didnt feel like an argument.. Going to have to do an online search for comments about local hairdressers..
