Hi Uni and Michelle

Did you find the show really good? Thinking about going Sunday haven't mentioned it to DH yet. What were the best bits?

Thanks

Yvette

Weight watchers have like a conveyor belt happening at the show. They do breakfast ..... baked beans and bcon on toast, raspberry bread and yogurt. Take it off the belt as it comes round. Snack was yogurt or a fruit bar and lunch was a warm beef roll and other things.

There were a lot of tastings which were fun and the cooking demos were great too.

Perhaps we should have a Sydney Get Together when it is on next year. Would love to go.
