Thanks so much for good wishes, just one f hose things a wrong move.
Considering I did the whole lambing of the flock in April have actually done ok.

Must return to doing exercises in the mornings when over this little blip.

Jess, I had a spinal injury for nine months and it was the most horrific nine months of my life. You really need to be careful with your back. Please please please take it easy. I know how painful back/spine injuries can be and I'd hate for anyone to experience the same thing I did :'(

My Daughter is sort of like me, impatient at such a young age..... :)

Robyn while you are there can you use two new packets of psyllium husks  and  chia seeds?

I do bake bread but do I need to add these things?  I think I bought them to make raw bread from Helene,s  web site but I have lost interest.

If you can use them Robyn  I will bring them up otherwise they will sit in the pantry forever as i can't dump them.

They don't actually Gertie. They're yummy sprinkled over porridge or cereal. And you can make chia gel from them too ;)
