Not a farm Uni as too way expensive.
House with good garden, a field if we're very lucky lucky.
We do qualify for an agriculturally tied property, but sometimes they are hard to sell. You get more house for our money and often a field too. To qualify you must be employed or last employed in farming.

We want Something with potential to add value. Maybe  Somewhere to do B and B, and build up various businesses?

Don't  know. Need DH back to talk to, or at least a good phone line.
Am really missing him now, been gone since Sunday.

At times it is just too much.
Hope to watch downton tonight  to catch up on iPad. Have missed 2 episodes.
Early start tomorrow as rush hour to job.

Must ring DD too.

Off to get gammon from freezer to soak it, persuaded DS to cook it tomorrow for supper! One of his known menus.

I know they produce olive oil in Kyneton but never heard of instore.

Thanks so much for posting that pic CC. Lovely but looks chilly!

If this is to do with your SS I hope I am not letting anything out of the bag.  I don't know much except that Kyneton is a beautiful, small town in Victoria, between Melbourne and Bendigo.  Can't help with the 'INSTORE' part.
