Often giant zucchini doesn't taste great (a bit too bitter) I'd recommend making anything with strong flavours. Perhaps add it to a green curry or add extra flavours to your quiches?

Good morning!
It's mum's birthday today, so off to spend the day with her, but getting a wee forum fix before we go  ;D

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

Morning everyone . . . .A very happy birthday, Jo's Mum!!  How good is this 20 degree drop in temp for Sydney!  A pretty torrid night though - no aircon - but the fans earned their keep!

Morning all,
Cooler day here today as well, hopefully make it easier for the fires burning around the state to be brought under control.

Good Morning Dede. I was watching the Sunrise and it said only a high of 15 for you today.
Crazy weather - hopefully a bit of respite for the fire fighters.
