Good Morning CC - looks like it's just you and me at the moment.

I'm early after falling asleep on the lounge at about 7.45 last night.

Have you taken that gorgeous new car out for a spin?

DH has been playing with the car most of the day :-)) I'll use it tomorrow ;)

Morning girls, been awake since 3 am when Geoff wanted to get up!  Told him it was too early so rolled him over and moved his legs to make him more comfy - then I couldn't get back to sleep!  Must try again though or it's going to be another long day.

Good morning Kim, hope today is better for you - I really feel for your children, they have had so much to adjust to and to have a grumpy grandpa on top of everything is just another hurdle.

Today I've got a bread making class at the essential ingredient store. I'm really looking forward to it.
Have youngest stepdaughter here for the weekend so DH is taking his girls out snorkeling and fishing - a bit of daddy and daughter time. Tomorrow we will have a family day.  :)

Good Morning Judy - it does make for a very long day when you get up that early.

I am lining up at Aldi at from 7am - DH wants us to get his daughter the TV/DVD combo on special from today and he didn't get home from work until 3am. I'm up anyway and there will be the others in the queue to chat with and I'll take a magazine to read as well.

Gosh you're keen Michele.  I hope you enjoy your time on the line and the bread making class later if you can stay awake!

DH missed out on a lawn mower a while back and he was eighth in line. I don't think they get a lot of stock as our local Aldi is fairly small. I could go to another Aldi I suppose.

Our parents grew up in a different era and what we look on as suprises and treats they see as spoiling - so what - a few suprises and treats are nice.  :D
