Uni, I see you are nearly at 9000 postings (WOW!) and as I won't get a chance to pop in later today when you hit the big number I just wanted to congratulate you in advance of your milestone!  I've been feeling so guilty lately about missing out on all these events of our members, but my workload has increased hugely over the past couple of months and, although I try to keep up with the forum (not always very successfully, I must admit), I don't always have time to post anything - but I am with you all in spirit!

Not much cooking or baking for me lately,just lots of salads,veg,and grilled fish,beef and chicken

i have only made 1 loaf of bread since last friday, the kids are not happy  ;D
