Yeah I fell when I got home yesterday, in between dump trucks, and bikes, and twisted my ankle.
Just as I was walking on the edge of the path.
It swollen, not much you can do for it.. :o

My DS has a middle ear infection, he is here at work with me.
I picked up school work for him this morning to do..

DH took him to the doctors for me.. :)
at least i can sit all day in the office.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Obbie,  would one of those elastic strap things help?
Hally look after yourself and CP.   Go to the DR,  you have a lot on your plate.

Robyn I hope the foot is feeling better.

Hally, that doesn't sound good. I hope it has improved.
