Morning all.
Uni the Brik pastry is worth the effort.  Knowing when to lift it off is the trick.  I made some baskets with it and they kept their crispness sitting at room temp for 2 days.  Filled them with banana custard.

Frozzie, photos attached to recipe,  but not of the baskets.  You can use the Brik pastry as you would Filo , only sheets not as large.

Uni,  that sounds nice.  I put 2 sheets around some that I had messed up getting out of pan.  still crisped up.

Evening Lovelies.Just catching up with my postings before I go to my upholstery class.A bit cold out  there this morning when I walked Chance but at least the sun is shinning.

I'm doing another stool Suzanne.I have a three projects that need top material to finish them off but I've been in the garden rather than trawling the shops looking at fabric. :)
