Trying to fight off a bug ATM mum left yesterday so have been taking it easy since then, I think I am winning just feel really tired. Have a few lunches booked for next week so having a good time while it lasts.

Morning all.  Very windy here.  
DJ, hope the shift went well,  thinking of you.  
Marina,  we leave on the 16 th.  
Slept in as watched the Le Tour until 1.30 am last night.  Very exciting.  Love those small French towns that they go through.

I must say ladies the posts have reduced since i was last active. Perhaps because poor Hally is otherwise engaged. I feel dissapointed to have read and commented on all newcposts and its only 6.15. 
In jest ofcourse,i do love my second home  and  forum family

Good morning ladies, quite calm here this morning - at the moment anyway.  I see Chookie has that terrible weather Perth sent over to us, we didn't like it so we passed it onto her  ;)

Take it fairly easy Yvette, you need to be fit and well for your new job soon. 

Good luck with the packing CC, it's a job I hate.  If I do it too early I usually pack, unpack, pack again and so it goes on.

i have packed and unpacked once im sure i will redo it a few more times b4 for the melb lunch

will i pack a coat for melb and SA?

I certainly would Uni and a brolly for Adelaide too  ;)  Are you having booked luggage for Adelaide or just carry on luggage of 7 kg? (That's Virgins weight, not sure about other carriers)

Uni,  you will only need a coat in melb if you are outside.  A cardi or similar might be handy for inside.  It will be about 20 at our place.    If taking just cabin luggage you can wear anything bulky.
