I wasnt going to say anything about snow, for fear of scaring off Gert  ;)

But since Judy mentioned it .......  this is what our back yard looked like this morning.

We are having a birthday party for our 4 year old today, and when he saw the snow, he told me I dont need to cook anything for the party anymore, because everyone can just eat snow  :D :D

Just showed this to my GD's aged 5 and 7 and they want me to take them there for a picnic this afternoon  ;D

They are desperate to see real snow poor loves. Not much chance of that here.

Uni, not sure in kms but I'm near the ocean in the western suburbs and Karen is in the Adelaide hills in the east.

Karen that looks lovely.  You have had a bit more than us.  It has been 3 all day today.
The air is very chilly.
We have snow several times a year.  We used to get a lot more.

Gorgeous photo Karen. Glad it's South Australia and not NSW. We had a lovely sunny 21 today.

That isn't snow. This is snow.

Shovel out that driveway in the morning!

Absolutely sure!  By lunchtime today all the snow was gone and the sun was shining and the kids played outside in the afternoon.

Karen thank you for the beautiful photos. Your boys continue to be gorgeous and look as though they are enjoying the snow.
