Chookie, I made the vanilla ice cream from Tenina's edessert book. I only realised when I'd mixed it up that I'd made it before and wasn't happy with it because the rapadura makes it so brown. I can  ony think she used normal caster sugar  for the pic as its a nice creamy white. The problem with an ebook is you can't write a note on the recipe.

I certainly agree with that comment CP. What I do in that situation is snap it with snap recipes and put my comments there. Not that it helps if you forget to look there.  ???
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi CC!  Can feel the temperature here dropping like a stone . . >:( - today (and tomorrow) a low of 7C and a high of 16C . . getting to the point where I wish to lodge a complaint!! ;D ;D ;D
