My SIL and I went for a walk around here where we are staying.I was amazed at the different flowers growing in people's gardens.The strelitzia were amazing.

Definately better than I have been but not back to myself either.. have changed my diet the past week after repetitive head spins and headaches which seems to be helping... So will keep on that .. People who dont know me wouldnt know any different

Hello all. Managed to tether this iPad to mobile for very brief visit.

We are well and happy. Be happier with mobile and broadband service but it will come.
