Good morning everyone.
Glad you are improving Cookie.
I got my oven fixed yesterday.  I found it Broken when I got home from Tassie. I phoned on the 3oth October to order a new switch, was told one week, phoned again on the 12th was told will phone back tomorrow with info, phoned again on 20th was again told will call tomorrow( I got a bit stroppy)  they did call back and said the part wouldn't get in until 15th Jan! So he said he would send a serviceman out the following day and by 9.30 it was fixed. apparently the screws had worked loose!  All that time and "great" service wasted. Oh well I'm happy now.
Sorry for the long story, just  life these days I find I am thrilled when I get reasonable customer service, it's so unusual.
Have a wonderful weekend all.
Denise

Bedlam I am pleased your oven is going again. I understand how you feel about customer service, I am pleased if I get any nowadays. It is quite rare.
