Great morning here.  Fastest ever house sale, live online Thursday offers Sunday finance approved and sold Tuesday.  I think my agent was clever not putting too much online and getting them in the door and then having 2 parties that really wanted it,  put the price up for us.  Feeling very happy and pleased that someone else loves the house we designed and built.
Chookie all my positive thoughts are now heading your way, it will happen for you too.X

Bedlam that is so wonderful. I'm really pleased for you. I do hope you won't be living in a tent now. 😄😄😄😄😄

Brilliant! My aunt took months to sell her house, but she asked too much, and had to drop it. Having said that, I'm trying to sell my manual Getz and no one wants it, so I've had to keep dropping the price a little. No luck yet.

Congratulations Bedlam.   That is wonderful.
We are out all day today and have had to leave our house in display mode.  Pain in the neck. We are not in panic mode yet as properties in our area usually take about a year.

Good idea. That's when we can shift into our new house, sold here or not.

A fairly quick sale and a delayed settlement Denise, so happy for you.  Hopefully the building of your new house will work in with that date beautifully.

Congrats Denise on the quick sale of your home, and so nice to have a long settlement date, would be rotten having to move over Christmas/New year period.
